Seems like the only place thats open past 10 in/around buena vista. I ordered a while back in an emergency when we were staying... at the hot springs, absolutely starving with no food right before midnight and they rushed us a pizza and met us in Nathrop.Saved the night! Read more
I ordered pickup the other night. I went in at the time that was estimated for pickup and the lady who I guess was the manager... was so flustered and seemed to be on edge, said out loud she needed to leave she?d been there too long and couldn?t think. Thenleft me and a bunch of customers waiting, and she clocked out and left! All that was there was a guy catching food off the oven.Look, it?s busy I get it, I work in pizza too. But he didn?t even look at any of us or say anything until I spoke up askingwhere anyone was cuz we?d been waiting awhile for our food that was sitting on the warmer. He got attitude with me. Like I wantreprimanding you, just wondering what?s going on. This is not customer service. At all. To top it off they gave an item off myorder to another customer. Worst business in Buena Vista! They constantly cancel your order for no reason and without any explanation and refuse service to... whoever they do not feel like serving at any time including if you complain about missing food from your order they will thanrefuse to serve you ever again!! Also do not expect a refund for what you paid or to even be able to contact anyone as to whyyou did not receive a full refund for the order they cancelled for no reason!! They are extremely discriminatory so I do notrecommend ordering if they do not like you!! This place is a joke and the worst experience in Buena vista by far!! I ordered a pizza online, online it was estimated to be ready to go 30-40 minutes after I put the order in. I showed up 35... minutes later and talked to them. My pizza was not even in the oven yet! It would have been another 25-35 minutes. The guy atthe counter said sorry we've been pretty slammed all day. You can no longer call the store and get an accurate time frame andobviously the online system doesn't account for just being busy. Damian went above and beyond to serve our party of eight at 10pm! Not only did he get all of our complex orders out on time, but... he threw in some extra goodies as he chatted with us and we revealed our rough week to him. We are thru hiking the ColoradoTrail and definitely appreciated the extra food in our bellies and the prompt service. Thanks guys! Read more
