Food 8 Service 1 Atmosphere 3 They took their sweet time taking my order, waited over 5 mins with no one in line. They act like... they don't see you, no greeting or "we'll be right with you." Then the lady rushed me out of the bathroom. Knocked fast and loudand said she needed the restroom. I wasn't in there 10 mins. Horrible service! Read more
Employees were friendly. Did not have to wait long. Some homeless in the area, but no problems.
Hot fresh food served by friendly staff in a clean environment. We loved the chili and fries! Fresh and hot!
Wanted breakfast, but they don't serve after 10:30 bummer. Got french toast strips they serve all day because they are deep... fried. Don't waste your money. But if you want hamburgers they are worth the money. Read more
The food was typical Wendy?s food. They messed up the order a couple times, but did fix it. There were multiple people just... walking around the front of the restaurant asking for money. Not a great atmosphere to just sit down for a bite. Read more
I love Wendy's, the one in Lancaster CA on 10th west is excellent, but we were coming back from San Diego and stopped at this... one in Buena Park. It was ok in cleanliness, ok in customer service but the bathroom was nasty. I had to take my 3 year old inthere and she said it was yucky. I guess that's my biggest complaint, but I can definitely see the difference between excellenceand just ok service. Lancaster, CA store is friendly, very clean. Read more
Went here for the new breakfast sandwiches I have a family of 5 we arrived I ordered eight 2 for my self 2 for my 16 year old... twins boys an one for my wife an one for my daughter.. They said the limit was 5 I didn't make a big deal about it because IRaley spend money at Wendy's because they beef products give me a headache so now I not to go for breakfast either....
