For some reason, this Popeyes doesn't cook chicken until you order it! Which means you're waiting at least 20 - 25 minutes for... any meal you order. I'm at the Source at least 2 or 3 times a month and I would eat here almost every time if this wasn't thecase. It's not "fast food" if we have to wait 25 minutes for you to cook it. I was excited to try this chicken as a lot of ppl love this chicken. I wasn't impressed. We ordered the family meal and waited... 45 minutes for our order. When we received it it was cold, greasy and just disgusting. The young guy working was very nice. Theplace wasn't very clean. Read more
Always sold out of chicken sandwiches. Even in 2021. And their phone number on google is no longer in service. Used doordash to... get Popeyes from here once. Spent $30 for my order. The service is always so slow (the cashier is preparing food instead of keeping taking orders). This time I ended up waiting for... 20 min just to be told the card reader is not working and they are only accepting cash! Didn't have cash at the time and the ATMnear by was not working, so tried to order online and it failed to communicate with this location 3 times! Read more
This is actually in the food court which is in the 4th floor. Came and got the chicken sandwiches. There was a little because... everyone was still trying to get them even after the hype. By far the worst service at any Popeyes I've ever been to. I walked up with no one in front of me and placed my order... And... even though there was a large pile of chicken ready to go, nobody started filling my order for about 5 minutes. 4 guys justmilling around, rearranging empty cups and trays and not much else. After a few other people made orders they started puttingthose orders out before mine. I asked why they were putting other orders out before mine... When they finally did get around toputting my order together, they got it wrong. When I went back to complain about that, they got it wrong again. There was neverany attempt at any kind of apology or acknowledgement of their mistake. I waited over 10 minutes for chicken that was sittingthere ready to go the entire time. These guys would never survive the kind of volume that any Popeyes location in L.A. handleson a daily basis. Read more
Opening night I was the last customer in drive thru trying to support local business. They shorted me extra box of biscuits paid... for and all biscuits with family of 6 orders. Found out when got home after waiting 35 minutes trapped in drive thru. Read more
