I didn?t get everything I asked in my drink they had only two people working and one of the person clearly had no training she... didn?t know how to put my. Order In register plus I know she didn?t put all ingredients in my drink and made my 2nd ordercompletely wrong and insist she didn?t get I watched her . Very very disappointing Read more
Don't expect anything of what you ask. I ordered celery juice a few times and the first time it was good and clean no other... fruit or vegetables where in the juice. These past few times the juice was red not green. I know I shouldn't expect much if theyare busy normally I would leave and come back, but i was the only person in the shop. Very disappointed juice is $9 I can makemy own at home. So if you're in a ???? don't bother asking for specific juices. Staff is moody too. Read more
I showed up on Thursday March 24,2022, at 3:15 to pick up the order The young girl said: it?ll take a few minutes I said no... problem and waited. After some time I went in to pick it up? she was preparing an order; after it was finished, she handed tome. I said this is not my order ? mine has more items and the things you put in are not the ordered ones. She didn?t accept whatI said and still insisted it?s mine. So, I showed the order on my screen, now she went back and checked her screen and withoutapologizing or anything, she went to the fridge and picked up my order which was sitting there for all this time and handed tome!!! Still no apologies. Forgot to say that when I entered the store and said hi, she didn?t return my greeting. It?s a goodidea for these young people to go through proper training of how to receive a customer and how to handle the orders and let themknow that even though the ownership of the business belongs to someone else, but still they make their money off of thisbusiness .. so its best to do their jobs right. They usually get into labor force through family introduction and that?s whythey don?t know the first basic things about dealing with customers. I haven't been to Juice It Up! until 2 two weeks ago I tried their juices and they're delicious! The first juice I tried was... Mighty-C Immunity Juice, 2nd was The Supercharger three days ago and the first smoothie was Superfruit Sunrise today. I'm inlove with Juice It Up! and their drinks.
