I wouldn't come back to this location. Definitely Will Not Recommend This Place To Anyone? Horrible Atmosphere and Customer... Service. First time coming to this place, Empty, walked-in, and the guy, who was the only one attending, was dirty, NoManners, and it seemed like he was bothered when we walked-in. I honestly wanted to leave the place, but I was embarrassed tocancel the order. I honestly did not trust him with the food, and the tangle onions were so bad, I feel he gave us the crumbs,disgusting . Not going back, at least not to this location. Disgusting?. The brisket was so fatty it was inedible. The iced tea tastes like water, the baked beans tasted like pinto bean,... and the mac and cheese was flavorless? how do you mess up mac & cheese?! I door dashed my delivery, so it wasn?t cheap! Also thepie was delivered in a sandwich bag. Needless to say it was a waste of $40 because I had throw out the order. I had been lookingforward to treating myself to this :( what a disappointment. Every time I come in here it's worse than the time before. I have been to Dickeys inside of gas stations (Texas thing) that... were nicer. Food is just okay, but the prices are too high for mediocre food. Service is fine, employees are friendly, etc. Theyno longer have sweet tea and the menu seems to have shrunk somewhat. Only location I could go to from Anaheim Hills for online ordering and special bogo code. I will stick to the other location on... 17th if that one is still even open. This location looks like it?s barley surviving in that mall location. My ribs were dry andcrunchy so I did not get a very good BBQ experience even while spending north of $70. My family was not impressed. I willprobably give one more try at the Lake Forrest location but overall I am not sure. The pulled pork is really good though somaybe I will just stick to that. Good food, horrible atmosphere. Broken soda machine. The place feels rather dingy and bare. Tables were sticky. Very... unappealing display menu with no paper copies. The soda machine was the worst. There was no ice, and the free water tastedabsolutely HORRID! We also tried both a Sprite and Dr. Pepper, and the carbonation was so off that it came out ridiculouslybubbly yet was almost completely flat by the time we got to the table. That's not even an exaggeration. We were very hungryafter a long day, and luckily the food was prepared quickly and was delicious, but I wouldn't want to come back to thislocation. Read more
Saddens me to give this low a score to a place my family and I used to love. We havn't been to this Buena Park location in a... long time but it was our favorite until Sunday. Showed up to order a pound of meat and some bread rolls. Right away I could tellthe quality was not the same as I remembered. The place looked dingy. The two teenage girls were cordial but by no meaninviting. I had to use the restroom and when I went inside, I wanted to turn back around. I have seen cleaner gas stationbathrooms. The walls were dirty, the floor looked gross and the toilet seat ????????? looked like it hadn't been scrubbed insideor out in months. This location has definitely lost its luster. So glad my kids didn't come with us, they would have been sodisappointed to see how bad this location looked. On the positive the meat was still good but I am hesitant to return, if theycould leave the bathroom and store in such disrepair, how diligent can they be when it comes to storing the food....glad wedidn't order sides. We ordered Uber Eats from this location. Everything went through and suddenly they called us saying that they didn?t have the... brisket, so I ask to substitute the sandwich with pulled pork, but they only bring me the meat. Also the chicken was bland andkinda rough. Read more
