Tenders were hard and over cooked. Bathrooms looked bad, toilet seat covers all over the floor.
Meals are too expensive for my taste. Food was good though.

Yikes. What a mess. This is the worst fast food places I've ever been. 1. Service is slow, even when it's not busy (It took... them 15 minutes to make one sandwich) 2. The beverage machine didn't work even though they knew about it and still charged mefor a drink. 3. The cashier can't speak English so you have to order by saying a menu number (seriously, if you have a frontfacing position, being able to communicate with clients is important) 4. The food itself was dripping wet with grease whichtells me they don't clean their kitchen at all. 5. The portions are small. They charged me $11 for a sandwich and a drink that Icould have gotten across the street at the gas station for $6. I really hope this places closes soon because it's no way worthit. Read more
couldn't get past the grumpy lady at the counter and had to leave before ordering. the other reviews are 100% right. ive never... lost my appetite for carls so quickly over such poor customer service. it seemed like such an inconvenience for her that iwanted a burger, which is really strange because it was during the lunch hour and i was the only one there. this place must beon the verge of closing down because there's no way my experience was possible. The smallest most rediculious carls jr. Ive eever been to. Hard to get in and out. Customer service sucks, no green burrito,... no internet or app check in or coupon use available and you can't use your data in the building....why even bother having thisstore here? 10-06-22, Amparo provides fast friendly service. This location meeds more employees like her!!!... Fast friendly service with a... smile. Tried the new $5 Double Slider Meal. Pretty good and everything came just the way I like it, HOT! O was so full I gave mycookie away to a nice old lady. Don't know why only 3.6 stars. Every time I come I get great service and food... Just came backtoday 6/26/18. Everything perfect! Love my food always hot. Just wish I could substitute fries for zucchini because I'm ondialysis. But when you use a coupon you can't :(.
