Hostesses were super nice and attentive. Not sure if wait staff were informed they were sat, but we waited 15 mins before... someone came to our table. A older server (my age probably, around 40) came to our table and asked if someone had came to getour order. He got our drinks and told us our server was notified. Maybe another 5-10 mins a girl came by and took our order. Ourfood came fast, and she checked back once. Good wings. Service was lacking. It was dead and there was really no reason for us towait that long. The only reason for 3 stars is because of the ONE server who kept checking in on us even though we weren?t histable. Read more
I've tried this particular location because it's close to home. The delay in service while not in peak time is not great. That... brings it down to 4 STAR. The fact the not only was the beer I had served to me not the kind I ordered, it was given with anattitude after pointing out if wasn't what I ordered. I'm not one to waste and drank it anyways. Let it slide. 2 STAR now. Finalthing that pushed it over the edge is the fact that even though they served me 1 beer, which if the looked at the tab I hadstarted they said we were too rowdy they had to wait 30 min before serving me and my guest there. Mind you my guest ordered aCadillac margarita and had not taken a sip by the time I finished my 1 beer. When I wanted to close out the tab the attitudegiven was terrible. Called ahead and they told me it was a 2 hour wait due to Football season. It was around 5:30 so I knew 90% of games were over... so we decided to head over anyways and worst case we can get something nearby. We get there 5 min later and there are probably10 empty tables. We ask what the wait time is and the girl in the front says due to football season it's longer than normal andshe can't give me a approximate time. I asked can you try so I can decide if I want to stay. And she says there's a few partiesahead of you. I ask how many. She says I can't say and we don't know how long people are going to stay. So I look to my wife andas we're are discussing our plans she asks is it just for you 2. And we respond yes just 2. And she sits us down. WTH justhappened?? Food was great. Service was decent. No complaints there. But the initial interaction was confusing. How did we gofrom 2 hour wait to less than 2 minutes? Seemed like they just didn't want people going. Called today trying to place an order to go. Greeted by the most unenthusiastic individual, who states if an order is over $25,... we would need to go online to order or place in the restaurant. We let them know that their online ordering system was down, andwe couldn't order. Even though our order was $26, she refused to take our order. I understand why management might implement apolicy like this, but it's bad customer service and I recommend you look elsewhere. Plus, WAY better wings can be found at otherplaces. Read more
First time coming to this location and we asked the hostess for a table for two and they just told us to sit on the bar side.... Both hostesses were rude and not welcoming at all for being the first face you see when walking into a restaurant. After walkingto the bar side, we saw all the open tables were dirty and there was no available seating so we went back to the host and shetold us we can sit at a table next to the wall closest to the bar. You can tell this restaurant is extremely understaffed and wewere waiting for a while before we just got up and left. Next day we decided to try it again and give them a second chanceconsidering we wanted to come here yesterday. When we walked in we saw the same hostess at the front. We knew they recognized usimmediately and she told us again we could sit at the bar since it was open seating. We walked over and there were seats openbut only one server for the entire section. Lestat was our server and even with running around crazy, serving every table, hestill was checking on us and making sure everything was good. Despite our food coming out cold, I didn?t bother mentioning itbecause we saw how stressed out he was. Even with the added stress, he probably was the only one out of the entire staff thatsmiled and *acted* like he enjoyed his job. Horrible!!! If it were possible to give a negative star I would...was told 10 minute wait for 2 people, group of 8 came in got... seated immediately.. had to go back up to hostess and ask why we weren't seated yet, very rude when seated, day there for 10minutes and was never even addressed , greeted. The wait time wasn't terrible because they had the tabletops at the bar open, but they're either severely understaffed or the... staff just lacks attentiveness. Our food took almost 45 minutes to come out. We were not given napkins. We didn't get refills onout drinks. I never got the sweet n low for my iced tea like I asked. And the picture of my side salad speaks for itself... ifit doesn't, let me explain that I got lettuce and carrots. There were no other items in the salad and the ranch wasn't even onthere, I had to take it from the appetizers. Read more
