Kind of old inside. Service was good and food was hot. They did get my unusual order correct. Dirty floors and drink area. ... Tables and seating area was clean. This location is always broke down one way or another. I have gift cards and their machine is never working. The drive thru menu... screen is broken now too! So I was craving a flame broiled whopper tonight. Yeah I know, I don't even hardly ever eat a hamburger but you know... well.....anyway. I ordered on the app and sent my son and daughter to pick them up, I had anesthesia today and am not supposedto drive. It was 7:34, set pickup for 7:50 and Burger King is 4.6 miles away. Everything was set to goperfect......???????????????????????? So they get home with said order....nothing was right, but only knew that my burger and mydaughter's wasn't right. So I sent them an email after attempting to call. Took the following pictures of those two burgers, wewere also missing items. I looked at the burger that they sent me and was like heck no, that is disgusting. So I get mydaughter's burger and my burger and go ask my son for his (well you know an 18 year old will eat anything)but it didn't haveanything on it, except for cheese, it was all gone. My baby girl had ordered nuggets and they were good. So I get in my car andhead back to BK..get the young girl to come unlock the door and explain, in a very calm manner what is wrong. She told me to gothrough the DT and she would make the order again. Waited behind 2 cars, got to the window and she took my order again. Iwatched her and she had it all right. I was thinking atleast it would not be cold, because the first ones were stone cold. Theyapologized again and I explained that I understood.. Stopped around the front of the building to check the order.....yep, youguessed it, cold and every burger was wrong. Go back to the door and the young lady unlocks it again(from here I edited out somedetails to protect an employee) and is accompanied by another person, who actually went in and made my food. Careful of the AM, B-team on Saturday - not the brightest bananas in the bunch- the job is not that hard - I wanted the 2 double... croissant deal and she said she couldn?t that- I asked for the 2 regular croissant for $5 one sausage, one ham.
