lady who helped us was great. had online orders to do when we were there and we waited around 10 mins, but she was super... apologetic and nice. around this time (like dinner rush, or at any time honestly,) there should be more workers. only one girlin there, 3 online orders, and 4 in person customers. should be more than one. good sandwiches though. STAFF: 5 star for staff friendliness. Even if they seem tired, they're upbeat. I appreciate that. SERVICE & PRODUCT: Never a... mistaken order. Never an issue when I ask for light or heavy veggies/fruit. She was even nice enough to ask if this wasgood. PHONE: I've never used the phone service. I know they were closed yesterday due to a technical issue, but they left asign on the door at least with Brittany's phone number so we could call [I assume to cancel unmade onlineorders]. Seems to be one of the better locations freshness wise although the girl making my sandwich wasn?t wearing a hat or hairnet and... had a bit of her bangs down from her pony. The veggie delight and turkey subs were 100% tasty and well prepared. I like to stop here so that I can get some trail food as... well as filling up on calories before a long hike. I normally take the other half and reheat/toast for dinner on the actualtrail. Such a treat!! Read more
Was not impressed at all. The worker was very stingy on the toppings even after I asked for more, bread was VERY hard and dried... out, overcharged and she didn?t even know how to ring in the food correctly. I asked her why she over charged me & just wentstraight to her manager for help. Didn?t know making 2 sandwiches was that hard? Won?t be returning. Read more
Excellent sandwich with outstanding service, as always! Employee was polite, and was fast when having four customers in line.... She does a great job! Restaurant was clean with social distancing in place. You can go inside to order takeout, or order aheadfrom your mobile to pick up. Read more
Had a great experience today during the end of lunch time, big order that the sandwich maker didn't even flinch at, she was... patient, very quick without appearing rushed, and extremely kind when a client with different needs came in and looked forguidance. Sandwiches were tasty- the only thing I would change is NOT the fault of the employee, the tomatoes (at most Subways)were a bit on the green and flavorless side.
