Tam the traveling Sheltie has found another gem. First time at Bonner's, and they have it right - simple menu and fun, rustic... atmosphere. From a bowlful of hush puppies at seating, great service, and absolutely delicious food and fixin's, a trip toBonner's is certainly worth it. A pleasant drive from Macon, and I'm already looking forward to my return visit. Bonner's hasofficially earned a big paws up from Tam. Read more

Old school southern BBQ, Catfish, Fried Chicken and Brunswick stew joint in the middle of nowhere. Must stop here to eat!!! This... is the only place to make stew correctly. Highly recommend Read more
Excellent hush puppies. The cornmeal batter was delicious on everything. They open at 5, and it fills up pretty quickly.
