Update: took a break from this sonics per my review below. Came back to share the chicken burger we spent $8 on from our $30... total for today. That there is the mayo and lettuce they gave us. ???? Also, adding- I asked for milk for one of my kids meals.When it was handed to me, the milk was warm. We asked if there is cold milk as we would like to refrain from becoming Ill. Theysaid the milk was Just put in and that's why it wasn't cold. I was under the impression milk should be consumed cold. Just awarning. Unfortunately, this is the closest drive thru to home. I have never ordered here and had my order 100% correct. Planto come to this sonics and have something change, missing or completely wrong. Ordered through the app a few times to find outthey were out of something and couldn't refund what was missing. Asked me to call the customer service line for reimbursement....many times purchased blasts that advertise they're fully loaded with mix-ins, only to get home and find out they are anentire cup of ice cream with 1/2 tbls of mix-ins on top. I gave 2 stars because they will help when u have an issue but for themost convenient place to go to in this small town, it becomes the most inconvenient upon returning home. Read more

Almost $50 online order and this is what we get! Moldy buns, no redbull in the redbull slush, really old, stale fries that were... completely cold.. my family and I will not be back. Incredibly disappointed. Read more

I ordered a large mozzarella sticks and this is what I received! You all should be ashamed of yourselves thinking someone is... really just going to accept these. Two are burnt to a crisp and two have no cheese inside because they're so overcooked thecheese is in the box they came in. They were in a huge blob. Annnd I didn't get any marinara sauce. Pros: Ordered online with the app, checked-in and food was brought out after about 5 minutes. Food was hot and beverages were... cold. Cons: Restaurant was out of Sweet Tea, subbed for replacement drink at no charge. No dipping sauces included with ordersof popcorn chicken, tots and mozzarella sticks. Read more
Drive though was a bit slow but to be expected when it?s busy. The lady helping me at the window was very nice and pleasant.
