So, this was my first visit to this restaurant since I just moved to Arizona last week. I wanted Chinese food and when I walked... in and realized it was not Chinese food, there was a really nice young African American man that helped me get items that wouldbe close to what I would of gotten at a actual Chinese restaurant. Oct 27, 2022 UPDATE: ordered today through uber eats and there was melted plastic wrap in my noodles as I was dumping food in a... bowl I pulled it out of my food. It looks like packaging? (Picture included) The only thing I've ever eaten from here is theirpho soups and its the only thing I will ever eat here. I gave three stars because the soup is pretty good. BUT one day I decidedI wanted to go one size up and order the extra large instead of the regular, so I could have some left over. Lol they charged me3 extra dollars for the same amount I normally get. The portions were exactly the same as the usual "regular" size soup. Took my 19 year old grandson to lunch before he had to go to work. The cashier/server was friendly enough, but when we told her... we were dining in she told us to sit anywhere we wanted. Every table, and I'm not exaggerating, EVERY table was dirty! We sat atthe cleanest dirty table and waited for her to come take our order. It was a few minutes, but not too long. Then she brought ourdrinks and 18 minutes later brought out my grandsons' meal. Then 8 minutes after that she brought out my meal. I don'tunderstand why they think that's normal operating procedure...we went inside together to eat together! They need to hireemployees that can keep up and care about the cleanliness of their work place! Read more

Wow I was totally blown away by this place a small place with good food, the only thing that I could say that is negative is... that they had a new person in training who was learning the business other then that the place is outstanding when it comes tothe food. My family and I walked in and were stoped about halfway to the register by a man putting chairs on the tables and asked what we... were doing here. My wife kindly replied we would like to order for take out. The man said it's going to be atleast 15minutes...we said that would be no problem. The man than walked into the kitchen then came back out and said it was now goingto take atleast 40 minutes for our order. By this time it was 7:48. This was very disappointing, zero customer service. Thedining room only had a couple people eating also, so it wasn't like they were busy. If you didn't want to serve us, all you hadto say was your kitchen was closed and that would have been fine. Read more

This was my first time visiting PT on Watson Rd in Buckeye.. It's nice inside and clean, which is always a bonus. I ordered 2... apps and 2 entrees, one each for me and one each for my wife. My wife messaged me that she wanted a 12B, Teriyaki chicken. Andher app. I ordered a 10B, Egg noodles w/ chicken. Unfortunately, we got the wrong food. Little did I know until figuring outwhat went wrong, there are 3 items on the menu for 10B and 12B. I never would have guessed that the menu item would be specificto the protein, but it wasn't. I wasn't asked to pick a protein either, so we ended up getting one beef and one combo. Thecombo includes shrimp, which my wife is allergic to.
