Broccoli and beef was 90% broccoli, where's the veggies in the chow main?? The rice had some very hard pieces in it and hurt my... wife's teeth. I asked for sweet and sour and never received any. The cut up all the noodles and none of the food has the traditional Panda Express flavor. Will not be coming back again.
This was by far the worse experience I?ve had getting Chinese food. I ordered a bowl with broccoli beef and it came with... undercooked broccoli that was still really crunchy. There was about 4 small pieces of beef that had no flavor. The rice wassuper dry and bland. I definitely will never return to this location. Read more
Cooks and employees shaking hands with the guy in front of us in the drive thru. With gloves on...that's disgusting. I gave this... Panda another chance and regret it. It has to be the worst location in the US. So so nasty. Read more
Went to this location and ordered honey walnut shrimp, broccoli beef, and a super greens plate. We were told there would be a 10... minute wait for the super greens, which we agreed to. Then we got to the window and were told everything was ?in the bag?. Onlyto open the box/plate and see that not only is there absolutely ZERO super greens, but that there is also close to ZERO beefwith the broccoli (other than those microscopic pieces in the left corner). In addition, the honey walnut shrimp is soggy andclearly not freshly cooked. I?ve had numerous bad experiences at this location and only go for location convenience, but this isridiculous. I paid extra for a premium dish that looked like steak and broccoli, but what I got was a spoon ful of two inch broccoli stems... that my plastic fork couldn't stab and about four marble sized pieces of chewy steak. Came in on October 31st around 7:20 through the drive thru. Said they could only take cash through the drive thru but cars... inside (which makes no sense). I went inside and orders a plate and a bigger plate and everything went smooth. I got home torealize the teriyaki chicken wasn?t placed in there so I took a picture and called the store to let them know. They gave me theoption to come back in 2 days (which I don?t want to eat panda back to back days) so I just decided to tell them I can come backthe same night. For my inconvenience, I asked if both my plates could be replaced since I would have to drive 10-15 min to goget the food which my food would get cold since my wife was missing her item. The ?Manager? on duty which wouldn?t give me hername and then hung up on me. I had to call back 10+ times to try to get them to answer me so I could get a name which they saidJennifer. She was really rude and inconsiderate of the consumers inconvenience and employees mistake. Something so simple thatcould?ve been taken care of, was escalated by the managers poor customer service.
