Don?t ever go thru drive thru after 10PM. Waited in line for 35 min, the guy at the window was nice and professional, but when I... got home I didn?t get what I ordered. And the burger looked like it was just sitting there, the patty looked dried. It just didbut look good at all. Read more
I did a mobile take out order and I stood in line for 30 minutes waiting on my food while the employees were standing around and... talking and giving each other high fives with the gloves on that they were preparing food with. There was an employee that wasoff the clock and he was standing back there while they were prepping food and one guy had to brink his drink back in because hefound a bug in his drink! The trash was overflowing and trash all on the floor and the dining area had a horrible smell ofmildew. Read more

This location of McDonald's acually went down hill the last few months. Very long waits. The staff doesn't care about the... customer and says curse words in front of any customer. My last time going over, the food was horrible! I had a very hardburger, it seemed like they found it at the back of the stove. Anyways this location DEVALUES the city of Buckeye, making itmore getto. P.s. the guys in the picture on the left. Were the one cursing words in front of the customers. Better than expected from the last time I was here. Drive-thru is still a mess. Service inside is great and much better than a... few months ago. Place is clean all around, bathrooms, dining area and play place. There was a fly in there during breakfasttoday, that disturbs me a little. Luckily, we were already done eating. Overall good experience. The Drive-Thru traffic andservice through there needs much improvements. If the inside service is great, then it was the design of the parking lot. Read more
We waited for our food more than 20 minutes, and it was wrong so i told a little kid that my food was wrong. He said they will... fix it... 10 minutes passed and i got the burguer that i was missing, i asked for new fries cause the other ones were cold. 30minutes, we got home and this is what we got. Ordered via mobile order and decided to do curbside pick up app said should be 5 minutes. 30 minutes passed by and no one would... come out with my order until I go inside and see my order on their counter while everyone was talking and joking around. Itwasn?t until I said can i please have my order I been waiting for 30 minutes guy says oh sorry here you go and I responded allmy food is now cold.
