This location is disgusting! My food had black stuff on it. My box had a shoe print like if someone stepped on the inside of the... box. The workers have their earbuds on them. What a very disorganized place. Thank god there?s more pizza places in this city.One more thing I?ve seen the workers touch their face and serve food without washing their hands! Horrible wait time ordered one hour before still late 25 mins and counting! ????????
We have been here 4 times. The service is horrible. We can order in store or online, the wait is always more than 1hr and the... pizza ends up not being cooked all the way/properly. Nice clean store with nice employees. The thing that is disturbing is I would like to tip the drivers more but the "Service fee"... and "Delivery fee" are so high! Don't the drivers use their own vehicles? On a $37 order I paid $4 service fee, $3 delivery fee,and tipped $3. I wish I could have been able to tip the driver $7! First time we came we ordered 2 pizzas over the phone and when we arrived we decided to add another pizza. We were told they are... only taking over the phone orders or it?ll be 25 minute wait for one hot and ready. Now I am here and ordered one pizza andbread sticks and have been here for 38 minutes. Thought i stop by to get a pizza and bread sticks after work for dinner and i usually dont have any problems other the the wait... being long but thats fine but today when i got home and was ready to eat i realized the break sticks i got were not fully cookedlike to the point where you can still reshape the dough and then i bit into the pizza and you can tell the dough was not fullycooked either.. when i went i knew it was busy but they should be more aware of the uncooked food they are giving to customersno matter how busy they are.
