First timer here with my husband and daughter. I had to switch my drink 3 times because they didn?t have the ingredients for... none of the drinks I asked for. Plus out of tapioca boba. I ended getting the regular drink I always get which was a bummer asthey had a wide variety of things to choose from. When I say variety, I mean their menu is as long as a pharmacist prescription.Yet half the ingredients weren?t available? I asked for a Thai milk matcha with chocolate boba. I?m not sure if they only put ascoop of matcha because it was no where near green. My husband got a honeydew iced with yogurt boba and my daughter got achocolate milk blend. Boba is good, the chocolate milk tastes not like chocolate or milk. Idk what everyone is complaining about with being forced to... wear a mask. No employees were masked and my kids and I were the only customers in there wearing masks. Read more
That?s pretty upsetting and unprofessional that you are not prepared when you open up at 12. For instance black tapioca should... be made and ready to go since it?s your most popular one. Telling your Customer they have to wait an hour for it to be ready,makes me want to just drive farther to a Goodyear location. Maybe having your employees in an hour before will help yourreviews. My wife and I have tried to come here on several occasions and they were closed even though the website said open. They seem to... always be out of something. Every time without fail when my wife orders, they are out of an item. That said we still go backbecause they make fresh and delicious drinks. Even though they couldn't make what my wife wanted she is still happy withwhatever drink she gets. Read more
I?ve honestly can say that I?ve never been to a place where they only serve boba teas... I?ve only had them at Vietnamese... restaurants that I?ve been to... I was a bit unsure about this place but have been eyeing it since a moved to Buckeye over ayear ago... so my sister and I gave it a chance... establishment is clean and is agreeing to social distancing... the young ladythat attended to us was attentive, knowledgeable on their drinks, professional and super courteous... which greatlyappreciative... the menu is massive with all kinds of flavor combo options... I had the avocado smoothie with regular boba andmy sister had the chai smoothie with regular boba as well... and they were amazing!... I?m definitely coming back to try therest of their drinks... We recently moved to Buckeye and were pretty bummed about not having a boba place near us..... until we drove by and saw this... place! The menu is SO extensive! I love all the flavor choices, the jelly/boba options, and most importantly, the price! So gladto have a new boba place near us that we love! We will definitely be back, so many flavors to try, which gives us more of anexcuse to visit more often! Read more
The regular boba is never ready at opening, not until 1-2 hours after and this is everyday. I go to JT Boba in Avondale all the... time and they always have regular boba at open. Is there a staffing issue at this one? Please correct because I have to take mybusiness elsewhere and I do prefer it here. Read more
