Food is good, service is friendly. I think it's rude and weird for management to have company meetings in the dining area... leaving paying customers to sit in the corner with my tiny table against the window. Take your employees out for a meal or havemeetings before or after service. Just saying. Read more
Jersey Mikes traditionally has pretty good subs and good customer service which is why I gave it three stars, but this store... lacks it all! Food has almost no taste and customer service is pretty much non-existent here. I won't be coming back to thislocation again. If I feel like a Jersey Mike's sub, I will go to another location. I was invited by an employee to try out the food here, as I had never been before. I was very pleasantly surprised by the food... and the service. One of my daughters can be very fussy, but they made up a sandwich that was off the menu for her. I was alsoimpressed with how well they were handling the volume of people ordering while we were there. I believe I witnessed the fastestand most precise meat slicer ever!
