I don't come here very often but the few times I do, I've never had a complaint about the service or food. I got the tacos and... they were really good not soggy and greasey, like some jack in the boxes can be, it was crispy and they weren't skimpy on any ofthe ingredients. The lady was also really nice. I?m aware this is fast food. But as humans can we please have a higher standard. Worst service by far. Could not understand our... order when we were standing directly in front of her. Cheese wasn?t melted, didn?t even get my tacos, no one burgers was madecorrectly as far as condiments go, there?s no baby changing stations, the fountain drink comes out at 100psi. But the worstpart was the standing water in the lobby because no taught the young girl mopping to strain the water first. Manager should befired. Employees need basic training skills. Common sense is not present at this facility. Since jack n the box decided toreach out and claim ?this is not the impression they want to make? Let me understand this correctly? Jack n the box hires awfulpeople to manage their business, don?t train their employees properly, sells you food that is barely edible and should beillegal to sell to our American public. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!! Spent $3.50 for something that looks like somebody already started eating it for us!!! We are... beyond upset with this location!! This is the egg roll I was served on the evening. I brought it in to show the store manager and he didnt care. Too busy to talk... to a customer, lied that he doesn't speak English well, and gave me the wrong corp. Office number and refused to give me thecorrect one. This is got to be the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to in My Life. The staff is rude they have no ability to acknowledge... that they are in the wrong at any point. They shut the store down for hours in the middle of the night. They sometimes don'taccept credit cards because they choose not to not because of any other reason. And I try not to come here if I don't have to.There are other options in this town much better than this. Not to mention they are extremely slow getting your ready if it'seven correct. Read more
This place can never seem to get my order right they constantly want to give me the kids burger and they constantly keep giving... me toppings when I tell them only cheese this has happened multiple times and today they even burnt the buns tried to call theydon't even pick up the phone. My sourdough bread was a little dry like its been sitting out for a while. Besides that everything else was fine. Service was... great nice cashier who took our order. I forgot to say curly fries with our meal and got regular fries. That was on my end Ishould of remembered you need to ask for curly fries. It's been a while since I went to Jack in the box. Read more
