Last time ordered I got sick. Went through the Drive Trhu and ordered a chicken sandwich. Went home to eat and after the third... bite I noticed a weird taste. The chicken was undercooked. Threw the rest in the trash but next day I was sick. Also, they treatyou like they're doing you a favor by serving you. The place is trash, don't buy it from there. I ordered two cheeseburgers in the lobby. There was one car in drive-through and myself in the lobby. Twenty two minutes after... ordering I was still waiting. Asked for my money back and left, I'll never go back, they are always slow regardless of how manypeople are there. Read more
Tried ordering a coke float with a code that I got from the Burger King app. Tried giving it to the cashier and was told that... they don't accept six digit codes??? Even though it directly from their app.... Didn't offer to do anything to help. Ordered adouble cheeseburger and got a regular. Cayla B also had a bit of an attitude. Won't be going back there. The food wasn't thatgood and they have a really bad attitude. Guess I'll stick to going to Carl's Jr instead. Read more
Came here a while back and it was delicious and hot. Now every time my family and I go here it's gross. The food is always cold... and I witnessed my husband tell the cashier that he would like hot onion rings instead of ice cold ones the girl dumped the oldones in the bin and scooped them along with new ones back into his onion rings and served them right back to him. I love burgerking and had high hopes for this one considering this one is so close to the Richy area but omg it's nasty!!! Read more
Worst Burger King I have ever been to. The Southwest Burger was all wrong, there was no avocado, or spicy sauce on it. The... chicken club was not on sourdough bread, no tomatoes, lettuce and it was very dry. The whoppers were made wrong one had so muchmayonnaise I could not eat it. This is one of the worst Burger King's. Will never go back there. The Southwest Burger is notmade like it is advertised. Read more
Ordered online pickup so wouldn't have to sit in drive thru line. But lobby is closed and locked up. Had to sit in line anyway... and have moved one car length in last 15 min. Read more
You know it's bad when all of us go into park after every car moves. Closes early every night and is "out of chicken" an hour... before closing... I can't wait for more restaurants to open so we can boycott this dump. It would be nice to get a thank youonce and a while too. Like maybe every 3 times I go there? I waited in line for about 20 minutes before even being spoken to. And after a total of about almost 40 minutes of waiting To be... helped and for my food. This is what I get when I asked to put bacon and pickles on my sandwich, A half a piece of bacon, brokento make it look like more and one pickle. Not to mention two cars who had pulled in after me were served before me. If I couldgive 0 stars I would!! Read more
