Below is from 9 months ago. I don?t know what happened. But I do know this.. Sausage and Bacon are fast cooking meats that... SHOULD NEVER be Precooked and stored in cooler/refrigerator then be thrown on the flattop to be warmed up. Any cook knows thatthe texture and flavor of the meat is altered. Come on guys I know things are tough for all of us. But skimping on the mostprofitable meal you serve and taking short cuts. Don?t go in noticed. I witnessed the cook doing so with my order and the other2 after mine. Might be the reason the restaurant is slow now. Absolutely Wonderful!!! Fast Friendly Service with AMAZINGFOOD!!!
