Salad and vegetables ???? but we order our steak pink in middle but it came well done. It was so hard and dry I couldn't swallow... good. The Steak was the worst I even had I ask for sauce which I usually don't use because I like to taste my food not thesauce. I had to pile on to try to bring out the meat. We were greeted at the door. A booth was open so we grabbed it. It was our first time going to Jimmy Macs. I got the stuffed... shrimp a baked potato and mixed veggies. It was all great. Cooked perfect. My husband got the Dixie chicken breast with bakedpotato and slaw. The slaw was delicious and his chicken cooked perfect. Our tea stayed full with quick refills. The place wasold school and clean. The music was good stuff from the 80s. The bathroom was clean and stocked with soap and papertowels. Wewill go back again when we get back to Bryson City. Read more
A nice place. At 6.30pm on a Wednesday we were seated right away, although we had to wait about 5 minutes for a server to appear... at the desk. I had the N.Y. strip and my husband had the scampi. Both were good. The service was okay and the food came out ingood time. The key lime pies was great. We would eat here again. Read more
Nice place with great staff and reasonable prices. I was able to get the lunch serving(aka a reasonable amount of food) until... 7pm. They make some of their own dressings. The 1000 Island was great! I had the grilled grouper and it was good. After dinnerwe took a walk and I found out Southern Living named their burger the best in the south! I'll get that next time!! Read more
My family really enjoyed eating here. Most of us had steaks and they were juicy, very tasty and all prepared as ordered. The... food was delicious and portions were more than enough. When we go back to Bryson City will definitely eat here again. Highlyrecommend Jimmy Macs! ???????????? Read more

We were on vacation Yurting and decided to check this little spot out. Nice hometown vibe! Not many seats so be prepared to... wait on the weekends. Hostess was pretty welcoming, waitress wasn?t too friendly. My hubby always has difficult orders due tosome dietary restrictions and most servers try to accommodate him, but you could tell she wasn?t trying to be helpful to him andjust offered the menu as is. Even my daughter noticed she didn?t really seem to say much until the very end when she broughtthe check, lol! But aside from that, the food portions were hearty and I loved what I ordered! The Dixie chicken with sweetpotato fries and a house salad Sooo yummy! My hubby ordered the fried fish and said it had no flavor but he also tried the poboy and loved it! My daughter had the Euro burger said it wasn?t anything special? They all liked how yummy my plate was andsaid they should have gotten it. Waited over an hour and meal was very disappointing. We ordered the ?scallops?. The smallest over priced scallops, if that?s... even what they were!
