(Editing my original 5 star review) We've eaten at Luigi's many times over the past few years, and the food is generally good,... but we've noticed some inconsistencies in the way it's prepared. Today we had our worst experience. The service was extremelyslow at lunch, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. We waited forever to get our appetizer, then for our pizzas afterthat. Eventually, our waitress just disappeared completely and we flagged down someone else to get us a to-go box and take ourcredit card. We were very patient, but she just never came back...? I ordered a "specialty" pizza that was supposed to comewith pepperoni, cheese, onion, ground beef and green peppers. The pizza that arrived was literally PILED with dry, crumblyground beef. The other ingredients were hidden underneath, which resulted in a doughy pizza that wasn't baked well. I'mattaching a picture to show the amount of beef I scraped off the 8" pizza. You can see a few leftover slices in the back thathave also been partially dumped off. No idea why they decided to make ground beef the star of the show, but it just seemedcrazy and didn't taste very good. I'm sure we'll continue to visit Luigi's since it's local, but I hope things are better nexttime. Read more

It was my first time here. Everyone was really nice especially my server. I forgot her name but she is also the bartender. She... was on top of all of our needs. She did a great job!! I ordered chicken marsala and my daughter ordered a pepperoni pizza. Bothwere very good. I also really loved the house Italian dressing with my salad. We will definitely be back. Read more

Luigi's is the best Italian restaurant in Central Arkansas... and they are now open on Sunday, with all day happy hour! With... many tasty, made-from-scratch dishes and friendly service, this community staple never disappoints. Read more

Ordered online. Just wanted a cup of ice with my meal & had no problem paying for it but no way to request it without ordering a... drink for $2.99 but I indicated that I didn't want a drink, just ice. At pickup, the lady asked if I really just wanted a cup ofice & I said yes & explained. The food was tasty but only one manicotti & a cup of ice for almost $15 (still charged for drink$2.99) is a bit steep in my book. Can't say I'll be back. Read more

Service was PATHETIC, food was good as usual. Waited 30-35 minutes for food and all we ordered was spaghetti & meatballs and... chicken alfredo. Was told our ticket was "lost" ????. Overheard our waitress say it is now under "new management/owners". Won'tbe going back until they get it under control.... #StepYaGameUp Read more

We visited this restaurant based on the review and the menu. It was one of the worst restaurants we have eaten at in Arkansas... and that is a hard title to earn. We ordered the following: house salad, Caesar salad, fried zucchini, Margherita pizza, and acalzone. The salads came with both of them small and topped with cheap, oily dressing and bagged cheese shreds. Some lettucepieces were wilted and brown on the edges. We dipped the fried zucchini in the same supposedly homemade ranch dressing. Thezucchini was over-fried and tasted like the fryer needed an oil change. Side note that the Caesar dressing tastes almostidentical to the ranch dressing. Strange. The Margherita pizza was super disgusting. Topped with every type of cheese butmozzarella, 2 pieces of basil leaves (maybe?) and no tomato to be seen, possibly due to the 50 pounds of cheap processed cheeseon the pie (my apologies to all the real pies out there). They need to rethink the labeling of their pizza as this was falseadvertising at best and gag-worthy at worst. Forget the Calzone. The dough tasted like raw flour soaked in oil (or a stalesaltine cracker with no salt, or communion bread, or?.). The filling in the Calzone was weirdly frozen vegetables, repurposed, recycled, and thrown into the bottom of the slog. The entire meal was just completely gross and we started wondering WHO ISWRITING these glowing reviews of this place? Wow! Our friendly server did not time the courses correctly, which means you get toeat everything all at once. We tipped 25%. We left with a smile. We will NEVER, EVER, NEVER return. And we have done our duty ofwarning other ?foodies? out there. Skip this spot, it?s really bad. Read more

I had the Chicken Cacciatore as an entree and the Fried Mushrooms for my appetizer. I could have eaten my weight in those... mushrooms! They were crunchy on the outside and piping hot on the inside and seasoned perfectly! The Chicken Cacciatore wasgreat, just needed a little more garlic and salt, bit I would order it again. The serving size was enough for 2 meals for, so Ihad the rest for breakfast the next day. The service was great and our server was wonderful! We'll be going back soon! Read more
