This is the third time I?ve tried this place first too. I would give zero stars to this time the waitress made the trip worth... it. She was extremely friendly, very entertaining. The food took about 40 minutes to arrive during lunch when we were one ofthree tables in the entire restaurant did not look like a fillet, but it was cooked well and tasted yummy. Read more
My wife and I joined a couple of friends at the location in Bryant Saturday night. The meals we had were good, as usual, but I... had to go here to tell everyone about the service we received. It seems that the pandemic has changed so much in the lastcouple of years including the food service industry. BUT, take a lesson food service everywhere! This night we were extremelylucky to have been served by Hosea. This gentleman was by far the nicest, most attentive host we have encountered....since wecan remember. His attitude was exceptional, and his service was impeccable. The manager came around to check on us and when wecomplimented Hosea, he said Hosea was one of his best employees. Stopped here for dinner last night. No lines, not a full parking lot either. However once we was sat no one ever came. A big... family came in after us, they got service before us. I went to hostess and asked for server as we were there 1st. We should hadleft then... we finally got a girl come over. No refills after going empty I got up went and asked her for refills as she wasplaying on her phone. Few min later she came and said are yall ready to place an order I responded mam we want a refill!!!!That's why I came and asked you for one a few minutes ago. She then got an attitude. We arrived an hour before close on a weekend. Wait sttaff was exhausted but put in the effort. Very friendly but left off steak... topper add on and slow to refill drinks. Food was good. Prices were high, but what isn't these days? Probably a dollar or twomore per plate than im used to. Would still recommend. Read more

This is an odd experience, and a little gross. I was very hungry because there was a big traffic jam. Staff very friendly and... helpful. Drank quite a bit of water and beer and ate a roll. Then my meal came. First bite of steak seemed to get stuck in myesophagus. I chewed it well, but it just wouldn't go down. Worse, everything already in my stomach started coming back up. I gotto the bathroom okay but still felt the food stuck. Tried a sip of water and more started coming up. The staff could not havebeen better, brought a box for the food, made sure I had plenty of napkins and processed my check quickly. The blockagecontinued through the rest of my 10 hour journey home and into the following day until at 3pm, it just suddenly cleared.Weird. But I will never forget the kind treatment and when I finally got to eat my meal, it was delicious. Read more
