I figured since I ordered thru the app it would save some time. I was wrong. When I went to pick up my order it was missing my... dessert. It close to 20 mins and me asking rudely if they planned on helping anyone up front. They had 3 people waiting upfront but helped about 5 cars in the drive thru. If I could give this place a negative star review it would be -30. I will goout of my way to go to another location. Read more
Absolutely garbage service. Ordered over the phone. They told me it would be 20-25 min wait. Showed up after 35 mins and they... told me it was almost finished. Ended up waiting 45 more mins just for one pizza. Then to get it home and realize it's not eventhe pizza I ordered..... Read more
The pizza was as excepted, the service was a bit slow/behind the particular day I went. Perhaps it was an exceptionally busy... night but it seemed everyone who phoned in an order or placed one online was at least 20 minutes behind their scheduled pickup. Read more
For the record, it's a drive-through / pickup cheap pizza joint. I don't expect much. However, I DO expect there to be pizzas.... 20 min wait to make their latest touted offering. I could have ordered from home and saved time. The pizza was fine. Sides aremediocre. Read more
SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS PATHETIC!!!! This location closed for a while(no idea why) and re-opened with some of the worst... service I've ever seen. Ordered online today at 5:09PM. Got email saying order was ready at 5:33PM. Showed up at 5:45PM and wastold "your bread still isn't ready, pull around to the front and we will bring it out." 6:15PM our food is brought out. Thewhole point of ordering online ahead of time is so you don't have to wait when you show up, but clearly that does not workhere. P.S. - Same exact thing happened about 2 weeks.... Read more
When I pulled up and the line was into the road and moving slowly, I stayed against my better judgement. I had a simple order -... 1 order of breadsticks. When I got to the window, I was asked again for my order, asked for payment then told to pull to thefront of the building and they?d bring my order out to me ?in 3 minutes.? As I sat in the parking lot, I noticed multiple othervehicles beings told to pull around and park to wait for their food. After waiting 15 minutes, I called the store to ask if Ishould come inside for my food or if it would be brought and, after being asked what I ordered, my breadsticks were brought outto my vehicle. The person who brought them apologized and said that ?he told so many people to pull around I don?t even know whois waiting or what they?re waiting on.? Read more
The people in the back were on their phones!! No one was helping the lady at the drive thru or the front counter. It was over... 35 minutes for the Italian cheese bread. I will not eat there again ever!! Will warn everyone I know about the pizza. Thecheese pizza was burnt!! The crazy bread was dry. Read more
