I lost my card yesterday and the manager was so rude trying to find my card. They were not helpful she turned around and I can... tell they were talking about me. I love firehouse subs but I am never coming back to this location. Read more
The food was good, but not only did it take forever to get 2 sandwiches (no other customers in front of us) but the employees... were complaining the entire time about their bosses, how much they don't like the job, and the customers. Horrible experience.We will not be back. Read more
The food is as expected. The problem is limiting the sacred sauce. We spent 30$ on 2 subs (one medium one large) and we?re given... two half full mini containers of the sacred sauce and told we can?t have anymore. ???????? I miss the days where sacred saucelined the shelf. You could take a whole bottle to your table. Read more
Edited: after 3 days still cant get in touch with store via phone or on here to get this fixed. Food was ready fast but was... wrong and no pickles were included after making sure they would be. Hard to tell in picture but I ordered the Steak and Cheeseand added mushrooms. No mushrooms. Tried to call and complain but no answer. Cost too much for it to be wrong. My wife and I love Firehouse Subs so much we had it on a Monday and then again that Wednesday. The wife always gets her tried... and true - Hook & Ladder, fully involved with NO lettuce. I had the tuna on Monday and the Corned Beef Brisket on Wednesday. Ihad to pay tribute to my family, you know. They offer a military discount, but it's a little different. It's not money off,but you either get a free upgrade drink size or some cookies or something. Their app is very easy to use and makes picking upbetter and faster. We can order when leaving work for the day and when I get there, it's ready, save for the freshly madedrink. Awesome. Their subs are a TON better than the competition's and their sandwiches start off at 8" instead of a measly 6".That's a lot gooder!! They add nice touches and that definitely makes the entire experience better overall. Any restaurantexperience is partly due to the attitude of the staff. For example, we ordered a diet rootbeer and a Diet Dr. Pepper. As I wasasking which one was which...the young lady told me that she had written on the lids the names. That was a nice surprise. The sandwich was good, but FYI...if you order the small, know that it is VERY small.
