Ordered 6 donuts, got them priced separately instead of an assorted half dozen, so I was overcharged, and then after getting the... wrong donuts, the staff tried to shame and insult me for asking for the right donuts. I will never go to any Dunkin Donuts everagain. Read more
Look, I love me some Dunkin? but for the love of GOD I have ordered Door Dash 5 times and asked for Vanilla frosted with... Sprinkles, along with Strawberry Sprinkled and Chocolate Sprinkled, 5 Times in a row now the door dash gets here and the Vanillais the only one WITHOUT SPRINKLES!? I called this morning at 6:55am and the lady says ?Oh yeah they are the Dunkin sprinklestoo!! Hell I?m think great finally I?ll get my favorite damn donut the correct way?. WRONG!!! Waiting in line for 45 minutes to get my mobile order. I truly understand that everyone is short handed but the time I waited in... the drive thru was ridiculous to be honest. The staff was friendly but my order was messed up (not by them but via the mobileapp not reading it correctly and yes I inputed it correctly to begin eith). This place is consistently TERRIBLE. Incredibly slow, the workers are zombie-like and borderline rude on a good day, and they... still get your order wrong even though they take forever to prepare it. And then they act annoyed at you when you let them knowthey forgot half your order that you repeated at least 3 times to them. Unless you?ve got 30 minutes or more to burn and stillwant to be unsatisfied, don?t even bother stopping here. Either hire more workers or get better quality workers. I?ve workedextensively in customer service before, and trust me - there?s absolutely no excuse for this months-long pattern of awfulnessexcept for laziness. Read more
The order was correct so no complaints with the food, but the employees were yelling and cussing due to another customer... flipping them off for an incorrect order via the window. I have a small and impressionable 2 year old in the store who is nowrepeating their vulgarities. Complete lack of management and unprofessional. Read more
I feel like I?m being generous with 3 stars. Thankfully all of the food comes frozen so it can?t be messed up too much. This... store clearly lacks solid management as they hire anyone, solid service is an afterthought for them. I?m curious how they cansurvive being next door to Chick Fil A. Read more
Strike 2 DD... I've tried to be hopeful but my first two visits have been fails. First, they did iced instead of a hot coffee... and this time completely forgot to put any flavor in like I ordered.
