Upon entering the lobby I noticed updates like the addition to an extra large dinning table that gives off lovely "big family"... vibes. I would have to say I was not fortunate enough to receive table side service and had to go awkwardly stand aside toreceive a refill an replenishment of sauce. Read more
8/20/2022 2:37 pm The restroom is disgusting. I lost my appetite. I let an employee know and she looked at me as if I were... crazy. And they didn?t give me a fork for my mac and cheese, so I guess I should eat it with my hands when I eventually regainmy appetite. ???? ?- I left the above review on 8/20/22 and it later ended up posted on a different location I?ve never evenbeen to (???) The service and staff here definitely don?t live up to the CFA name. It wasn?t that busy here and it took forever standing and... waiting for a refill. Had multiple staff make eye contact with me and then look away. A lot of the staff looked depressed likethey didn?t want to be here. Food was not on par with CFA. Read more
I love Chick-fil-A, but I wonder if they?re trying to do too much. I?m sitting here writing this review as I?m stuck in the... drive-through line ? Been here a full 20 minutes. Since this place has opened up it has been a horrible experience. I can?t tell you how many times I have called and spoken to a... manager because one or two things our food has been just thrown together and it?s cold or it wasn?t me correctly. Before thisplace remodeled it used to be the best place ever even better than bass pro. I have attached a picture because we went thismorning to get chicken minis and it just looks like they threw it together there?s no breading on top & it?s cold. Mind you wewent at a perfect time even though they were busy we didn?t go late at the end of breakfast. I?m not understanding what?s goingon with the company but it needs to be revamped not only with the exterior of the building but the interior of the buildingbecause a lot of people that work at this place they don?t care how they do your food but if it was them on the other hand theywill be upset as well. Don't be fooled by those long drive-thru lines- these crew members keep the lines moving quickly and smoothly! We dined inside... and it was very clean, our food was served hot and quickly, and crew members were very kind and quick to help. Read more
