There?s no point in placing an online order for pickup. Even if it says to give them 16-25 minutes to get it ready, they... actually need close to an hour to actually get it ready from the time you place the order. I understand maybe once or twice, butalmost everytime I order online, it takes actually over 45 minutes to get it. Not only that, but it?s about 50% of the time thatmy order is 100% complete or accurate and actually hot/warm. It sucks cause I love the way Wingstop tastes but the service makesit to where I hardly want to order it again. Read more
This was my first time coming to this Location & I'll definitely be coming back to THIS location! The customer service was... Outstanding! My BF called in an order with a Lady named Kelly & from the time she answered and hung up she was just the nicesteven patient because I was confused on what to order...when we went to pick up the order we decided to dine eat I stead of takeout and they did it with no hesitation and greeted us from the time we walked in! When we got our order I made the mistake ofordering wet wings instead of hot BUT Kelly was so nice to offer me some dipping sauce BUT Lucas said it was an easy fix andthey made my wings just like I liked them???? with such a Nice attitude! Kelly & Lucas are the epitome of how working in arestaurant setting and or customer service should be! They are great!! Read more

Me an my son stopped at the location in bryan and we stood at the counter literally 10 minutes due to the fact the gentleman in... the back never acknowledged us ( he seen us but never said anything) and he walked to back an come back an literally stood overin a corner and at that point I asked if we could gt some service he said sh is in the restroom and I said o ok. Then the ladycome up front with an attitude- and I ordered and she never greeted us just asked " what's your name an order " like come onwhat is this world coming to . Not very happy Read more
I'm not sure if management reads these, but I hope so. I ordered 6 wings and fries, when I got my food home I discovered... everything was cold. On top of that, the (incredibly small shriveled wings) were burnt. This location is notorious forforgetting items as well (we were missing an extra ranch that we paid for). So I spent money on a cold dinner I couldn't eat, itwas not only a waste of money but time and gas. I am extremely disappointed and I will not be returning. Read more
Went in free sing Friday and it was great got everything ready wanted and then some! Hot and fresh as always.
First off, I?ll start by saying I like the food. The customer service sucks. A female who I guess is the manager, took our... order. There was no ice in the drink machine. After standing at the counter for 15-20 minutes while 5 staff sat there and talkedto each other the whole time, I told her the machine didn?t have ice. We sat at the front and waited and no one ever checked orrefilled the ice machine. Tea isn?t good hot when it?s supposed to be ice tea. She seemed more interested in doing whatever itwas she was on her phone doing. I watched other folks come in and it took forever for them to get service as well. Took almostan hour to get our food as well. So we enjoyed our good food and hot drinks since there was no ice. Read more
Looking forward to wings for dinner tonight but was highly disappointed. Ordered and had it delivered. It was delivered to the... wrong address without notification that it was even delivered plus the drinks never got here and the food was cold. Called thestore only to be hung up on and now it's busy.
