There?s no point in placing an online order for pickup. Even if it says to give them 16-25 minutes to get it ready, they... actually need close to an hour to actually get it ready from the time you place the order. I understand maybe once or twice, butalmost everytime I order online, it takes actually over 45 minutes to get it. Not only that, but it?s about 50% of the time thatmy order is 100% complete or accurate and actually hot/warm. It sucks cause I love the way Wingstop tastes but the service makesit to where I hardly want to order it again. Read more
This was my first time coming to this Location & I'll definitely be coming back to THIS location! The customer service was... Outstanding! My BF called in an order with a Lady named Kelly & from the time she answered and hung up she was just the nicesteven patient because I was confused on what to order...when we went to pick up the order we decided to dine eat I stead of takeout and they did it with no hesitation and greeted us from the time we walked in! When we got our order I made the mistake ofordering wet wings instead of hot BUT Kelly was so nice to offer me some dipping sauce BUT Lucas said it was an easy fix andthey made my wings just like I liked them???? with such a Nice attitude! Me an my son stopped at the location in bryan and we stood at the counter literally 10 minutes due to the fact the gentleman in... the back never acknowledged us ( he seen us but never said anything) and he walked to back an come back an literally stood overin a corner and at that point I asked if we could gt some service he said sh is in the restroom and I said o ok.
