Great experience, it was late ish, packed, guy on the drive thru was very polite, I forgot to make everything a Whatameal at the... beginning, added it at the end of the order. He didn't loose his cool, stayed polite. The lady collecting payment and bringingthe drinks and food again very polite, even though it was very busy she made sure to wish everyone a good night on the way home. Read more
What is the point of ordering online for curbside pickup if they still make you wait? They took an extra 10 mins bringing my... food out. I know it was just sitting there because it was not fresh "hot". There drive thru is always slow as well. Read more
Food was okay. The fries were a little over salted. The customer service sure has gone down since they should out to the Chicago... company. Slower for sure. Young girl behind the register needs customer service training. Look the customer in the eye.Smile-even behind the mask. When handing change or receipt to the customer, look at them.
