I went in there to eat lunch and cashier was busy talking to somebody else while she was trying to take my order the tables were... filthy the fries were cold. And to top that all off there was bugs and ice and two of the sodas were out. Read more
They charged me 30 cents for subbing big Mac sauce on my burger instead of ketchup and mustard, you've got to be kidding me.... Pure greed. I could have just ordered another hamburger and put Thousand Island on at home. That's what big Mac sauce is by theway. Read more
Do not go to this McDonald's location. I ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes with bacon instead of sausage, an extra Hash... brown, and a large orange juice in the drive thru. I pulled up to the payment window, paid in cash and told the cashier to keepthe change. He told me to pull to the second window and failed to give me a receipt. At the second window, they gave me myorange juice and told me to pull to the third window. I waited at the third window for more than 15 minutes before someone cameto the window with 3 bags and asked me "What did you order?" At this point, there were cars at the 2 windows behind me, 2 aheadof me in the curbside pickup spots, and 4 cars that were told to park in the spaces to the right side of the parking lot. Itold the lady what I ordered and she handed me a bag. I looked in it, the meal had sausage instead of bacon, and there was noextra hashbrown. So, I handed it back to her and politely told her there was a mistake. She proceeded to argue with me and saythat I was wrong. Then she demanded to see my receipt (which the cashier never gave me). I told her multiple times I was notgiven a receipt. She took the bag back, then proceeded to walk to each of the other cars that were waiting and see if the orderwas one of theirs. No one claimed it, so she took the bag back inside. About 7 minutes later, she came back to the window andtold me to pull further up. I waited another 5 minutes before she brought me the same bag, but with bacon added to thecontainer. She did not even bother to remove the sausage that was in there. The bag still did not have the extra hashbrown. She again argued with me and told me I did not order an extra hash brown, and that unless I had a receipt to show asproof, she would not bring it to me. I will never go back there again. Since I was never given a receipt, I had no way ofdoing a survey through their website. This is why I an giving them a review here. Read more
Very clean and nice. Good, prompt customer service. Only thing that keeps me from going back is the bathrooms. No towels, only... hot air dryers. Then u have to pull on the door. With wet hands. Like the 70 people before you. Read more
This McDonald's location (Hey 21) is top notch! Service is speedy and orders are almost always spot on. The few times we've had... errors, they were corrected quickly and courteously. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. Our favorite McD in the area! Read more
This morning's I went and ordered 2 coffees one a 7 and 7 for myself and a black coffee for my husband. As I was enjoying the... rest of mine I got something caught in my throat and found out that they not only didn't stir it enough, they obviously did nottake care in making this cup as I found quite a bit of coffee grounds in it resulting in me vomiting it all up!!! I WILL NOT BEGETTING COFFEE HERE EVER AGAIN!!THANKS A LOT FOR MAKING ME LITERALLY SICK !!! Read more
