We really like Jack in the Box. Unfortunately, the one closest to our home is this one and it has only gotten worse. The quality... of food is disgusting. We were served a cold and stale food like substance. When we got home we threw it away. The service, mostof the time, is rarely satisfactory. I have come across only one person there that seemed to have any pride in their job and Iwish I had gotten her name. I hope the owner makes the necessary improvements. If not, we won?t be back. The quality of service and food quality is hit and miss. They've got good bad food if you don't care about your own health and... are in a hurry. You can grab a minimum effort sandwich or taco at any time of day. They still haven't opened the dine in, butthat's probably because they found out it was less to clean during the panda and who wants that? Read more
This store often does not complete their service, like no dipping sauce for chicken fingers. This particular store does not... have the lobby open either, which can make correcting orders difficult. The staff at this location is pleasant in disposition,so I would attribute the problems with this store to poor training and subpar pay to encourage new staff. Read more
Disgusting! I ordered my child a kids meal with a grilled cheese sandwich and the sandwich looks like it?s 2 days old! It is... hard as a rock and the cheese is totally stale. I will not be returning to this jack in the box location for sub par service andstale food. Read more
This was the most disappointing meal I've had in a minute. I ordered a nacho chicken sandwich munchie meal, and this is what I... got. No nacho cheese, 3 jalapenos, and completely dry. My husband ordered the "cluck" sandwich, also completely dry with ashriveled up pathetic dollar menu looking pattie on it. This is what cutting corners and not giving any care what your qualityis looks like. We waited 2 hours for a delivery from uber eats for this garbage. The driver informed me they had to go backtwice for missing items, and no sticker holding the bag shut. On top of all this, I called the store just to be nonchalantlytold "ah yeah we dont use the cheese sauce anymore", then it doesn't need to be on menu. Person I talked to couldn't have caredless.
