We really like Jack in the Box. Unfortunately, the one closest to our home is this one and it has only gotten worse. The quality... of food is disgusting. We were served a cold and stale food like substance. When we got home we threw it away. The service, mostof the time, is rarely satisfactory. I have come across only one person there that seemed to have any pride in their job and Iwish I had gotten her name. I hope the owner makes the necessary improvements. If not, we won?t be back. The quality of service and food quality is hit and miss. They've got good bad food if you don't care about your own health and... are in a hurry. You can grab a minimum effort sandwich or taco at any time of day. This store often does not complete their service, like no dipping sauce for chicken fingers. This particular store does not... have the lobby open either, which can make correcting orders difficult. The staff at this location is pleasant in disposition,so I would attribute the problems with this store to poor training and subpar pay to encourage new staff. Read more
