I went through their drive through today it it was an awesome experience. Both the person who took my order and the person at... the window were wonderful people. People who work here are always cheerful, upbeat, beaming, and entertaining. I truly believe that it?s an enjoyable place to... work at. I would venture to say that I?ve never had a mistake on my order, and if I don?t understand , it is explainedconcisely without a bunch of frills. This store is typically quick to get the drinks made. Today however, employees were in and out while not serving the customers.... Drive thru was at a complete stand still. Cars began existing quickly as they could get to a place to do so. The entire time of20 minutes waiting, there was only one person go to the walk up window. There were at least 4 employees. Read more
You are so fortunate to have the young lady who assisted us yesterday in the drive thru. Was our first trip to a Dutch Bros... and she was very patient with all our questions as well as just a joy to talk with. I was driving home and keeping Google Maps looking for coffee shops. I saw Dutch Bros had a 4.8 rating so I just had to check it... out. It is drive through or walkup only. The drive through has two lines that converge into one at the building so get in theshortest line. I didn't know what to order and decided on the Caramelizer frozen. That drink did not disappoint and my onlyregret was that I ordered a small. ???? This was the best coffee that I have had in a long time. I will definitely be back andthis will be a deciding factor on my route to drive from Louisiana to Utopia, Texas.
