Let me first say...we didn't have a good experience, however, with positive communication with management staff, excellent... customer service prevailed. I worked for cracker barrel when I was in my early 20's. I loved the food and the smell of coffee onmy morning shifts, so nostalgia always takes over. Had to wait a bit before a waitress even acknowledged me. Then my order took a while also and they weren't even busy. And lastly... I never got a refill on my drink but she was sure to bring that check. These days with inflation on EVERYTHING I expect betterservice especially if you rely on tips as your primary income.
