I placed an online order for an office meeting. I also paid Chick-fil-A to deliver. When filling out orders online you have... option to select condiments. When food was delivered 6 out of 6 orders did not have any condiments. When I contacted them Iwas told that they would give me free delivery the next time I order. I informed them that I would not be ordering from themagain. At this point I drove to the location and picked up the condiments myself, when I talked to an assistant manager she wasrude. I have contacted Chick-fil-A cares 7 times and still have not received a call from management or owner. This store is runvery poorly and has gone down hill since changing ownership. Very terrible for a company that claims to have such high values. Read more
This location needs better training on the POS system and customer service. I have been to locations that are in parts of the... country that have employees with lower education levels and have a better understanding of how to do their jobs. I was so upsetby the experience that I chose to not even order food even though I was hungry and just let my wife order food. Read more
This location is great. I do miss the curbside but its not a big deal! The owner, Brent, is great! He is one of the ONLY owners... sending out rewards and incentives to come in! Id personally drive over from the Barracks area just to come to his location! Read more
Normally I don?t leave comments, but this time I couldn?t hold back. I?ve never had to wait so long to receive my food. And... people who had ordered way after me were getting their food. Also I didn?t receive any of the condiments I asked for. I was latetaking my daughter to soccer practice. I hope things get better here like it used to be. Read more
Time after time this location proves to have the slowest drive through in college station. For the many different chick filas... that I have been too, it seems that this one is the exception and not the rule. You would think that with the few things thatthey have on the menu that they could be prepared for the morning breakfast rush. This is clearly poor management and planning. This location is soo slow in fact that I was able to write this review while in line and waiting for my food. Furthermore theycannot consistently make an iced coffee. Every single time I order one it tastes wildly different from the last and most of thetime it?s pretty gross. Please take this review as consumer feedback and use it to improve your buisness . The culture at thislocation definitely seems to be different from others I have been to. Chick fila has always been one of my favorites but sincemoving to college station, my lifetime of experiences with this buisness has been soured. Read more

First of all I love chick fil a. However my friend and I have been dissatisfied the last 2 times we have gone thru drive thru at... this location. We both order the 8 piece nuggets and fries and lemonade. The last 2 times our fries have been less and less. Ourbox is not full. We have maybe 4 big waffle fries and the rest of the box is bits and pieces like crumbs. Read more
