As fast food goes, this is pretty run of the mill. It is part of a gas station so parking can be a bit competitive. Staff is... pretty quick and courteous. Close to Blinn college and a retirement home, so plenty of walk in business during lunch and dinnerrush hours. Read more

I just went to the burger king on 2401 East 29th Street, and I highly recommend everyone to not go to this burger king for many... reasons. I went here to try to order something and the person who was at the cashier was talking to a friend which took like 3minutes, and when I was ready to order she just saw me and walked away just to talk to her coworker just to eat her strawberrymilkshake out of her spoon. I was waiting for 5 minutes and she was still looking at me not bothering to do her job until theperson at the drive thru did my order, and when I saw the person and her coworker that ignored me were making the food they werenot wearing gloves while they were at the back eating and touching doors and their clothes and eating while working then I toldthe manager who was in charge to let her know that they were not wearing gloves all she told me was they washed their hands whenshe was not present while they were talking and eating. The manager did not bother to redo my order or did not apologize aboutwhat happened. What if I would have gotten sick or if I had gotten covid from one of the workers not wearing gloves. I work in aplace where I make burgers and I wear gloves and I keep my area clean, and if something is wrong with an order I redo it to makesure everything is ok. So I recommend everyone reading this do not go to this burger king. I apologize for the long paragraph. Watched heavy white brunette female just walking around inside the work kitchen eating popcorn. Watched the another drop fry... containers on the floor. Then the referred to woman asked a man working the window why he did not pick it up when he did not doit. She put them back to be served to people from the floor. Read more
They have excellent customer service skills ????! Ms. Emily listened while I was placing my order, she was friendly and... courteous, and she smiled while taking my order. As a Customer Service Worker myself, it's appreciated to get it, in returnwhen you aren't working. So as far my Order Taker and Expediter they were a delight, with their friendliness andpoliteness. The grease needs to be changed! I'm disappointed that my fries ???? were limp! I expected better because I was amanager at a Burger King in my hometown right out of high school. So I know at what standards their food is to be! You are notto sell your customer anything you wouldn't eat yourself! EVERYTHING is to be made fresh! It's a Burger King so we all know it's simple fast food. This location had fast service and got my order correct. The fries... were fresh and burger was as expected. The only knock was the Coca-Cola freestyle was a little glitchy snd out of ice. Read more
