I ordered a vanilla Frappuccino and a hot coffee. I got to the window and they gave me two hot coffees and told me they only... had Carmel Frappuccinos. I said that would be fine but why didn't they say anything prior to us pulling up? But here's what getsme. I went in today to get my son and i food for lunch and I had a few questions about the menu. The employee at the front wasn?t... sure of the answer so they got the manager Lisa. Lisa was a great help with my questions but what got me the most was when atimer went off and she had her cooks switch and wash there hands and they listened to her. From someone who has previouslyworking in a fast food restaurant no one really worries about the safety and importance of hand washing so I was delighted tohear and see that being done here. I am not totally sure why the soda machine is no longer in the lobby, but otherwise it was a good experience. A couple customers... even gave a free show with my meal!! It was definitely a drama ???? Read more

Service in general at McDonald's has come down to an all time low. First of all, i stood there waiting at the register... only... the person on break (also waiting to place his order spoke to me - nice guy). Secondly my order was shorted a slice of meat, iordered a triple cheese and got a McSloppyDouble with only 1 slice of cheese - look at the picture.
