With only one car at the window ahead of me, cats behind me and I waited 8 minutes while the car at the window sat there waiting... on their 2-drink order. New batista opened the window, stuck out my drink and shut the window without uttering a word. No oneinside, no idea what their delay was about. 75% of the time, this local location has pretty terrible service. Good employeeturnover is high. Mediocre to poor service employees seem to stay though. Read more

It truly does make a difference when the staff is so courteous when you order/pick up The staff here are very nice and quick.
What a pretty Starbucks! Good service, beautiful room, clean bathrooms, and it has a drive thru. I've only been to this location... this one time but my experience was ideal. I'd return for sure. Read more
While the new location offers higher ceilings, the amount of seating has basically not changed. What's worse is the addition of... the drive-thru has mini-vans speeding around the parking lot recklessly. At least they added bicycle parking. Read more
