i still wonder how this is burger king has held onto the covid era closing of dining room over 2 years later. then drivethru... very inefficient. asked for ketchup and salt qhen paying and before food, still was forgotten by employee. then how do u tellem.mistake other than having to either go thru drive-thru again, or walk back to window between cars, which i did, to beacknowledged, but ignored for about 5 mins before having to remond then a third time what they forgot. its becoming very evidentthat the fast food industry seems less about customer service and more about profits. slashing employees, closing dining roomsor limiting their hours, and disregard for our satisfaction. i hope the public will one day revolt and have a strike againstfast food for a determined amount of days so as to hit em where it matters most to them...their bottom line. Got two fish sandwiches and a $5 meal my way. The fish sandwiches were cold and so were the French fries. And I was missing my... chicken tender. Brought our meal in right away to show the manager, she was very rude and nasty and argumentative. Do not go tothis Burger King!!!! Read more
This is a terrible location. I showed up at 5:40pm, sat in the lane until 5:55 ish and realized noone was at the building... working, yet the menu sign is on and building looks open. people were in the drive thru lane wondering what was going on. I wentaround and notified them noone was working. Corporate was contacted. Terrible management... very disappointing... and peoplewant 15-18/hr. Read more
