Not sure what has happened to this location the last several visits have been sub par. Long waits, unorganized and the sandwich... I was presented with after a 30 min wait was mangled, ripped, and dirty. Very un appetizing. 08/21/22 130 pm. Dissapointed. Read more
Sooooo the times say the dinning room is open till 3 and its 2pm.....out of curiosity how am I supposed to drive a 36ft box... truck thru the drive thru? Big inconvenience when you have a time posted that you don't go by. Read more
This was my first time to this Arby's location. We were hoping for an early sit down lunch. The door had a large sign posted... that said the dining room opened at 11:00. At 11:00 The doors were still locked and we ended up calling the restaurant. Theystated that their dining room was not open and we had to use the drive-thru which is what we ended up doing. I ordered theturkey bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich and I was a little disappointed because the bread was very dry at the edges. The restof the sandwich was good. Read more
I spent a solid 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. Broken milkshake machine.
6-8-22. Every time i go to the Brunswick location drive thru the wait is over 10 minutes even though there are no other... customers and they always mess up the order. Somebody that knows how to run a store needs to take over there Read more
Went for lunch at this Arby?s 5-31-22 @1:00pm. Was not busy. Out of wraps and milk shakes. Dining area and kitchen areas FILTHY.... Our shoes were sticking to The floors, tables and seats had crumbs from previous guests and are sticky. Workers standing aroundtalking or on their phones. Pick up some cleaning supplies and work ! Not going to lie, I only go here for fries. I don't eat fast food much but when I have a hankering for fries this is the only... place I go to. They are quick and hardly ever have a line in their drove through. It's wonderful. Read more
