I called to ask a question. The first time they hung up on me without answering my question claiming I?m prank calling them with... the same question, when it was my first time calling. When I called again to try to get my question answered they still didn?tanswer it and didn?t let me talk to say it was my second time calling since they hung up on me the first time. Been sitting here waiting over 15 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 fries. There is no one else in here. There isn't a line in the... drive thru. I don't get it. Seems like there is no communication between the employees. All I hear is arguing amongst themselvesand pretty loud. I guess they give small kids cups with the meals now. This place eis absolutely ridiculous and honestly I don'tsee how they are still open for business. Who is in charge? It seems like a bunch of kids with no knowledge of the serviceindustry. 2 of the workers have extremely long hair and constantly playing with it then handling the food. Got home to realize our hamburgers were the absolute worst we have ever ordered from wendy's. Baconador was lacking the second... patty and bacon. The #1 double was horrible. Worst Wendy?s I have ever been too. I live close so I have given them multiple chances, but they always get it wrong. Long lines... with extremely long waits for no reason. Rude servers and drive thru attendants. They always get my order wrong and then have anattitude about it. That may be acceptable it the food was at least decent, which it is not. Read more
