Even though I wanted lunch and they were still serving breakfast and with 10 minutes left in breakfast the cashier wouldn't ask... if we could order lunch, I had a good experience. The honey butter chicken croissant was good and the potato wedges wereseasoned well. Read more

The employees there were incredibly nice?all 3 we interacted with?so they earned the stars. But the bathrooms were not stocked,... our order had 3 mistakes (no chives on baked potato, onions, pickles and mustard on burger, and missing 4 piece nuggets) and theapp still said strawberry frostees were available when they weren?t. I blame most of those mistakes on miscommunication betweenthe app and the store. Luckily the employees helped fix all the food problems with a smile. I really appreciated them, but Ihope the app issues can be fixed. Read more

I typically love to attend Wendy's. This location was not typical. I specifically asked for no mayo expressing I am allergic and... my sandwich had double mayo and no receipt. The person on the drive thru was rude. Think it must have just been a bad day forthem. I threw away my food after taking this picture with a promise not to return. Read more

I gotta say the other Wendy's I've been too tend to have some whacky reviews from my perspective and how I was attended but, I... must say it's a really great Wendy's. As for someone in a road trip, we stopped by. The food was very delicious. Of course itwas kind of dirty on the tables, but apart from that it was really good! (Sandwich in the picture was 5 for 5 and it was acrispy chicken BLT, it was constructed very wonderfully unlike the other Wendy's I've been too) Read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE On Sunday September 12, 2021 around 5:00 p.m. me and my girlfriend stopped by this Wendys while traveling. We... sat 30 minutes and we were the 3rd or 4th car back from the window. Girlfriend put our order in no major issues. Got up to thewindow and young man at the window had no idea what our order consisted of. We told him our order, this time requesting a coupleBoo Books. He proceeds to act like he couldn't hear her. "The what". So she repeated the order again. After all that, we getour order. We order 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 hamburgers, 2 boo books and a courtesy cup of ice water. The sandwiches werecold, old and nasty... they had a weird smell to them. As did the hamburgers, which are just as cold. I provided pictures toshowcase how thrown together these sandwiches are. The mayonnaise had a weird clearish color to it. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Everyone is rude, does not care about the job they hold, or the service they provide. Read more

We stopped in at this Wendy's on the way North to North Carolina and unfortunately it may have been my worst ever Wendy's... experience. The drive thru is the only option so we got in line behind about a dozen cars. 40 minutes later we got our food. 40minutes? No way that this is acceptable. But the delay wasn't the worst. The young lady taking money at the window is maybe theworst fast food restaurant employee ever. No greeting when we arrived. My wife was driving, and she said good afternoon to theperson taking orders and that employee was very polite. We gave her the order, waited another 15 minutes, got to the window,again my wife said good afternoon to this employee and how is your day? The server's response? "23 dollars". No expression ofanything polite. We got the order, it was wrong, I had asked for no cheese, it had cheese so I said excuse me this is supposedto be no cheese. Her answer? "Give it back" loud and angry. We asked for extra ketchup, same angry response. She brings anothersandwich and my wife says "thanks have a nice day". The server response? Nothing. Turned her back. The reason this is sodetailed Mr or Ms Manager? I wanted you to know exactly who this person was. Sunday April 18, 1:26 pm. She needs training in hernon-existent people skills. But don't fire her.
