Excellent service, fantastic drink and this is fabulous bar fare. We had Funky Chips, wings and the fried goat cheese which is... one of the best dishes I have ever had ever!!! Went to see our favorite band Pine Box Dwellers and left very happy with entireexperience. Thanks guys !! Read more
This is a cute little pub in the historic district of Brunswick, GA. The staff was very friendly and the food was quite good. I... had the "Comfort Combo" which was a nothing fancy, grilled cheese sandwich with a delicious cup of tomato bisque soup. The soupwas very fresh tasting, and was the perfect complement to my grilled cheese. My husband had the pork chop sandwich accompaniedby some of the nicest onion rings you'd ever taste. The onion rings were piled so high, he required my assistance in eatingthem. The A/C was a bit on the cold side, and I needed to go out to my vehicle and retrieve my emergency sweatshirt. Read more
Funky joint in downtown Brunswick GA. Nice cross section of Pub fare, comfort food and creative creations along with full bar.... Sat outside along the side of the building. The town had a DJ in the Square so it added to the ambiance! I had the "ComfortClassic". A Tomato bisque with a Grilled Cheese on Texas toast. My partner had the BLT on Texas Toast with the same bisque. Bothcombos were great. The BLT was the bomb. Full of fresh lettuce, tomato and BACON!!!! I am getting that next time!!! Trust me butthe Grill Cheese was awesome but the BLT rocked the house. Great wait staff who were uber friendly and attentive! We will backhere the ne t time we stay in Brunswick! Read more
Great atmosphere. Food looked great, until I took a bite, got the tipsy burger well done. Tasted burnt. See picture. Beer batter... onion rings were delicious. ( I'm sure they would've taken care of it, but I was on a lunch break and didn't want to wait.) Read more
Wow... Had a great sandwich and the best Sweet Potato waffle fries I've ever had. The sandwich was awesome and our server was... polite and sweet. Will definitely make a trip here again next time I'm in town. Read more
I really like this place. You can people watch with outdoor seating or seat yourself inside. They have live music in the... evenings sometimes which can be loud if you're just after food, but if you're there for the bar scene it's probably perfect. Iusually get the onion ring appetizer (it's huge) and a smash burger. I recommend the fried potato salad too - it's like crispypotato chunks tossed in a tangy mustard sauce. The onion rings are my favorite though, best in Brunswick. Read more
