Ordered 5 burritos- only got 4. Asked for 3 of them regular (specifically said NOT deluxe) and they smeared a whole bottle of... sour cream in the 2/3 they gave, rendering them inedible to my bf. This was with no one else in line, mind you. And if you wantcinnamon twists, forget it. They are too cheap to put cinnamon on it (despite a frugal meal there being over $20 for 2 people).Not going to waste my money here anymore. Terrible customer service. Would barely respond to my questions at the drive through. Literally ignored me outright to the point... I had to speak loud and repeat the question multiple times simply to illicit any response other than a mumble or grunt. I wassuper excited to see that the Mexican pizza was back but Terrible disappointed once I found it ???? ???? buried under 4 burritosand the rest of the order. The picture speaks for itself. Lastly this place makes the absolute smallest burrito Supreme ever. Mybean burritos were actually bigger. We won't even discuss the taste. This place sucks. Always received excellent service, food and polite staff. Today I decided to add an iced coffee, that they have displayed and... priced on their menu in DT. I requested it and was rudely told it isn?t for sale. I asked at the window what happened to thecoffees and was again rudely told they have never sold it. I said ok but why is it on your menu? I was rudely told, ?Well itisn?t on mine!? I would have left the name of the individual as well if I had been given a receipt. Food was good and hot!Service was abysmal. Read more
Worst experience ever. Was given tacos w no meat, smashed together chalupas and burritos, that weren't correct. And then they... get attitudes and walk away from u....since you were out of everything (had I know that from the start I'd never gone), I don'tunderstand how I had to pay full price for things I didn't have made correctly...$58!!! You finally say you have doritos tacos,ring me up full price, only to serve you meatless tacos. I don't complain much and am pretty patient, but this was ridiculous.Employees definitely need attitude checks, esp when I wasn't being rude.i hadn't been here in months and normally have goodservice, but that's gone down hill apparently. Poor customer service my boys stood at counter waiting to pay. No one tried to take money. Then manager yells asking if we... ordered. Said yes. No one tried to collect. She said she didn't have to ask. Wasn't part of customer service. Poor leadership.Prime example of what is wrong with society today. Deserve zero stars. Slow also. Ordered 3 soft tacos. 5 people in store, maybe1 in drive thru. People like her should not be in customer service. Especially a manager. Read more
Asked for lots of mild sauce. None in bag. They put the taco pizza back on the menu months ago. I have tried this location... twice and it is sold out on the menu. The pizza has been sold out of every location I have tried the last couple of months. Received no receipt for my purchase. Read more
We odered about 22 items . And they just gave us about 15 sauces. And when asked for more, they gave about 2 or 3 more. And... their fiesta potato were cold and hard as a rock. Plus their gordiat crunch had a weird taste. Not recommended. Better to stayhungry then paying them Read more
The baby Bell got upset about a cup apparently getting "snatched" out of her hand. Possibly it's your attitude towards your... customers. ???? So she went get big momma, the manager. Watch out for this gem. She was fussing about her life and how "ifmoney grew on trees I'd be doin...." something... I stopped paying attention. She was just as terrible as her "daughter". Niceguys.
