Never ever again will I spend my money in this restaurant your night Crew is awful! Walk in about 8:30 wasn't greeted and the 3... black young ladies had very nasty attitude's including the shift leader! I never felt so disrespect. No home training norcustomer service training! They didn't want to make a burrito so I end up leaving and taking my business to a real Mexicanrestaurant where I was greeted with respect! Something needs to be done! Read more
I had never heard of Surcheros until I was looking into having my son?s rehearsal dinner catered. The food and service were... amazing! When we received the food, I was worried there wasn?t enough, but we actually have a lot of leftovers. Guests ravedabout the food. Highly recommend. Read more
Usually if I don't like a place I just move on but....I really, really wanted to like this place and man I was so dissapointed.... Atmosphere is chill and "hip" but not very friendly. Food seemed fresh enough but there was really no flavor to most of it.Ended up adding a lot of salsa to make up for that fact....the burritos weren't hot when served to us, they were barely evenlukewarm. The chips weren't that great and weren't warm either though I saw them heating them up/frying them so not sure there.The one guy making mine...I asked for sour cream and there was practically nothing left in the tray, instead of getting a newtray he scraped the sides and applied what little he got by smearing it on the sides of the tortilla...when it was my husband'sturn and he asked "is there any more sour cream?" The guy started scraping the sides again and trying to smear what little wason the spoon so my husband just told him it was alright and not to worry. The lady then cleared out all three containers ofqueso and, if you don't know, they tins are heated in a vat of hot/steamed water to keep them warm and it's murky lookingbecause obviously queso will drip down the sides while serving....I'm okay with that....but as she lifted the containers OVERsomebody's prepped burrito and chips as it dripped old queso water. My brother was getting a haircut at SportClips and i decided to get some food nearby. The area is very convenient. The workers... are very nice. The food and quality was great! I would definitely eat here again, it?s better than chipotle. Read more
First time visit. Food was pretty good. Service was not. Stood at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes patiently (no one else was... in line) with an employee directly in front of us who would not make eye contact from literally 2? away. There wereapproximately 5 or 6 employees behind the counter seemingly focused on take out orders (I guess). Will not be back as this wasan uncomfortable experience. To the owner, I recommend you improve your store management. You can only expect so much from ahigh school age workforce. I would place blame on a poor manager who has no control over the staff.
