They were friendly. Super Fast! The food was good? really good? just one thing.. they did not give me any sauce for my pulled... pork. Every other restaurant gives you their sweet stuff or ask you. First off I wanna say front of the house staff was Very friendly! Food & tables definitely need improvement. Tables were dirty.... Walked to 4 different tables and all dirty. I understand short staff the economy sucks people don't want to work but whensomeone gets up all tables should be checked. I ended up cleaning the table myself so I could have somewhere to eat. The food.. you can tell heated back up in microwave but what really is making me write this review is cooks or whoever is in charge ofprepping the pork when it's done cooking needs to check for bones. My fiance bite down on 3 different bones half way through hissandwich which he lost his appetite completely because we do not want something happening that could have been way worst. Pleaseplease staff check the pork before serving. Happy customers are returning customers. Hope to come back one day and have a greatexperience not just a okay experience. Read more
Potato was delicious and the deep fried okra was the best of all the fried okra i have ever had.
I had a delicious meal with a friendly staff, all gluten free if that matters to you. The cole slaw was great, pulled chicken A.
Everytime I go here I'm never disappointed. It's a lot of meat in the BBQ sandwich FYI.

On a scale of 1 - 10 whereas 10 is the highest I give Shane's Rib a "2" the food wasn't good at all. My plate was cold no meat... on my baby back rids. Customer service was awful.???? lf I'm in Brunswick GA again I will not come Shane's Rib Shack. Read more
