Incredible. This is the BEST pho I have ever had. The spring rolls and the egg rolls are delicious ! The chef is also your... server - this dude pretty much does everything himself so there?s a bit of a wait - but totally worth it! Read more

Spent the night in Brunswick and needed a good dinner. I went on Google and saw Saigon Pho was the highest rated restaurant in... the area. I admit I was skeptical. I have eaten pho all over the USA and in Vietnam. I will tell you, the pho here is amongstthe best I have ever eaten in the USA or Vietnam. The broth is extremely concentrated and complex. I had shrimp, and it wasgangbusters. I had a fried spring roll, which was also outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant. Of note: it was a Fridaynight at 6:30 or so and he sold out of pho after me, so get there early or call first to see what he has. But again, this placegets my highest recommendation, so you should definitely check it out. Read more

I have to say that I totally underestimated this place, but once I tried it I was very happy I did. The Fried Egg Rolls are... great they remind me of one of my favorite restaurants from San Antonio, TX. The House Special Fried rice is also great and amust try! The Spicy Beef Soup is a sure pick as well, very flavorful and has just the right amount of spice to it. The only conif any would be that their isn't any free refills for the drinks. All in all I would definitely recommend anyone to stop by andtry out their food. Read more

We were staying at a hotel in Brunswick after visiting Jekyll Island and looking for a place to eat. We love Vietnamese food so... we took a chance on this place. Let me tell you about the experience. First off, I've eaten Vietnamese food all over the US,from San Francisco, Dallas, Tampa, Washington DC, NYC, and Boston, and I can honestly say the small place in Brunswick beatsthem all. I'm not exaggerating. This food is made with care and pride. You have to be patient. There's one guy running theplace and cooking so don't expect to get your food in 5 minutes. I think we waited for about 10 minutes before he brought outthe shrimp egg rolls and then at least 10 minutes after when he brought us our Bun. But it was worth the wait. Flavors werevery balanced and portions were large without being grotesque. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Do yourself afavor and go to this place. I'm sure everything he makes is awesome. Read more

Having spent some time in multiple different regions of Vietnam, and loving the food from that country, I can easily say that if... you are anywhere nearby and want an authentic Vietnamese experience - this is IT! The food is delicious. Easily one of the bestbowls of pho I?ve had stateside, totally competes with what you can get in Vietnam. The fresh spring rolls were amazing -shrimp, pork, and multiple different veggies rolled up in rice paper that wasn?t over moistened, with peanut sauce to dip themin. Everything was so good it almost gives you a euphoric feeling. I?m really appreciative that the owner took the time to talkwith us, ask about our lives, share some of his with us, and talk with us about his home country. He was a nice man andfriendly. Some people may have a little difficulty understanding him, or maybe would misconstrue his excitement and energynegatively, but he was genuine and likable. It was a very nostalgic experience for us and made me miss Vietnam. If we?re everback through this way and he?s open, we won?t hesitate to stop again for a wonderful experience!!! Read more

First time trying pho and it was a great first experience. Friendly guy running the whole place. Egg rolls were crisp and... amazing. I had the rare steak pho and it was wonderful. Everything was hot and the green onions in there tasted fresh andbold. Side note. The place was a little dirty but I?m not knocking a star off because he was taking your order and cooking andtaking your money. Read more
