I grew up in Ohio and KFC was the standard for the area. I was down in South Carolina and decided to give Popeye's a try. It... was well prepared and looked good, but I found it to be very bland. I know KFC has their secret blend of herbs and spices but Ithink there really is something to it after having tasted Popeye's. There was hair in my mac and cheese and too much sugar powder on chocolate dessert trying to be funny. This was last night. They... make you pull up and wait for your order. Come out to car with half of your order like you dont want to eat all your food atsame time. Very unprofessional. Dont want to go back. Just watch your food before you eat it. Been to this popeyes twice now, both times the employee's have yelled at me through the drive thru window and both times have... been very rude to me. I tried placing my order ahead of time so I can get what I wanted but each time was told that they wereout of certain sides and their not making anymore because their closing in an hour and that they want to go home early but thistime was even worse because I was trying to ask about my order and I was screamed at that I was holding up their time and drivethru line and refused to talk to me like a human being. The people at this location were incredible - so very nice and friendly - a very noticeable change from most fast food places! ... And the chicken sandwich was delicious! I had actually never been to a Popeyes and so I don't know about the other restaurantsin this chain, but I would definitely recommend this one! Read more
The service was extremely slow and the clerk did not know the different pricing between a meal with a soda or not with a soda.... They had no ice so we could not get any soft drinks unless they were hot. My three piece chicken dinner turned out to be a fourpiece because the chicken was so small and dry. Read more
This place needs serious help. I just sad so long it's a drive-thru with only one vehicle in front of me that my coupon expired... before I can even put an order in. There is no reason for that. It's called fast food for a reason let's get it together. Read more
