Drive through very slow! Cashier at window on cell phone and several customers were behind us. Our order was very good.
Every time we doordash McDonald's never puts the whole order together. This isn't a one time thing. Tonight we ordered 45... dollars worth of food. Meals. They sent burgers no fries or drinks. It was for four people. Please get it together y'all arereal ridiculous. If I could give y'all a negative 10 I would..... If we order 4 meals it should be the complete meals.....People spend too much money for their orders to be wrong and someone has to deliver it again....???????????? Read more
Tonight we were the only car in line and the lady taking our order was super at 9:30! Then we pulled up to the window for one... large Dr.Pepper with ice. We waited until 9:47 for one large Dr. Pepper with ice. The girl serving the food at the second windowstood at the counter talking with others and when she finally came to the window she asked if we ordered the drink with no ice.When we said, no we ordered it with ice she said someone else was to get the ice. She left the window and then came back severalminutes later with one bucket of ice. She poured the drink and it had almost no ice in it. Read more

Ordered 2 large sweet teas. Simple enough right. 20 mins away tasted the tea taste like coffee. I called to tell them they need... to pull the tea. She responded we're not perfect what do you want me to do. I rarely stop at fast food places anymore. Thanksfor traumatizing my taste buds because making sweet tea is obviously above someone's pay grade. Nasty attitude of whoeveranswered the phone also. Heaven forbid I was trying not to give someone else a expected surprise. Human errors happen. It ishow you handle your reaction shows what kind of person you are. I give zero stars. The best McDonald's in the country. It's not quick, but it's not slow and the orders are usually flawless. Great location and... friendly staff! Update: Down to 3 stars because they wouldn't let me pick up my order in the drive thru (even though the applet me select it) and they're forgetting things lately. Read more
When my friend and I walked inside it was like a zoo. There were about 10 or more kids yelling and act foolish. Before you judge... on what I'm saying they were old enough to know better I can say the Manager was very nice and kept telling them to quite nowbut they got louder and disrespected her. Plus the sweet tea was nasty as well. But other than that stuff. If we could giventhe manager a star it would be a 5 she was very nice and sweet. Read more
